Co ngratulations to Tan Zhi Yong (far left) and Lim Yu-Yao (far right) for their winning commissioned works from Free Hand Festival 2023. The winner for the best performance of Zhi Yong’s work, “Baby Step” (Young Artist Category) is Liang Ray-Heng and the winner for Yu-Yao’s work, “Pitter- patter” (Senior Category) is Goh Kai Cheng.
